You can post a card at your work area, or a common work area, expressing thanks for all the support. A hand-written card with your original thoughts would be much, much better than a store-bought card with aritificial sentiment.
Congratulations to you for being appreciative and considerate! This is probably why people bend over backwards to be kind to you.

You can send a nice card with a thoughtful message inside. If your office has a "lounge" or a central gathering area, the card can be posted there.
If you have internal e-mail, a note to everyone is also nice. We do that here where I work. Not everyone makes it down to our lounge, but everyone reads his/her e-mails.
You have a very kind and understanding office manager.
I hope your folks are doing better.

Post a thank you card on the bulletin board in the coffee room.
Mention how much you appreciated their prayers, words of encouragement and exactly what you said, people that care for you not only as a co-worker, but a person.

I would advise you to speak in everyone who was there for you in person. I know that this may take some time, but it would show how appreciative you are. Even to say a quick "Thank you so much for thinking of me and my family" would work wonders. Who knows, they might not of heard the words "thank you" in a long time.

I am a teacher and when things happen we leave a general thank you card for everyone to see in the lounge. We all read it when we walk in and it brightens our day-because someone took the time to do something nice for us in return. It's never expected, just nice to receive. Good luck.

Just send a nice card thanking them for their support. That's all! I hope they are okay.

A nice little cake, especially if you bake it yourself, would be the perfect way to show your appreciation and to let them know you also care for them. Your voiced opinion would also be very appreciated.

If you can send an email out to everyone that would be nice.
