Things that have worked for me:
1.) I find that excercise (jogging, pilates) is a great stress reliever
2.) Heartfelt Prayer and meditation help greatly (sit in a quiet room and just pray about your anxities or worries, relax meditate, and breathe deeply)
3.) I also recommend: talking, joking, and laughing about your feelings to someone you trust, that's a great stress reliever
4.) Some other things you can try is invigorating your senses and raising your endorphins it pulls you out of a depressed state and can do wonders if your only stressed out.
5.) Get a full-body massage - Works wonders!
Endorphins : en•dor•phin (ěn-dôr'fĭn) : Any of a group of peptide hormones that bind to opiate receptors and are found mainly in the brain. Endorphins reduce the sensation of pain and affect emotions.
Other things you can try: Eating chocolate, lighting a scented candle, taking a bubble bath, listen to soothing music, taking a jog, watching a funny show, etc.
Simply put when you heighthen your endorphins (your happy hormones / chemical balances) you give yourself a chance to view things from a more positive perspective. If your positive minded your less stressed out.
If all else Fails:
Well there's the device seen on "Good Morning America" that supposed to relieve stress like in 15 minutes: http://stresseraser.com/bedtime/index.html?source=google

First of all, I understand your pain. Secondly, you need to exercise. It doesn't have to be anything major....taking a brisk walk for 20 mins will help. My doctor told me over and over again....exercise.....I didn't do it right away because I didn't think it would really help. Well, of course I was still frustrated and mad all the time so I tried it, it really helped. If you can't walk then try something else that will get your heart rate up......march in place, walk up and down the stairs 10 times or 5 times...whatever. What's happening is you have all these emotions that your botteling up inside and there's no way for them to come out. It sounds kind of weird but even screaming into your pillow until you can't scream anymore or until you're crying or whatever...just get it out! Also, know that you are not alone and I bet if you talked to some of your friends, other moms, neighbors, whoever....you'd find they have the same problem! You are not a bad mom, everybody gets frustrated and it's ok to be frustrated but you HAVE to find a way to let it out. One more thing you might think about, is there a day care you can take your boys to once in a while, maybe just for a few hours on a day that you're going nuts? I know my friend in Oregon has that option at a day care near her home or if not maybe you and one of the other moms can kind of back each other up when one of you needs a break for a while. Hope this helps. Take care and remember, you are not alone, I Promise!

First ascertain the source of your stress and then replace that. If undesirable relationship, then get out of it or replace the perfect way you communicate. in case you do not understand how, then search for help. If a foul pastime, get yet another one. in the journey that your stress source is extra common than the above, take a lengthy soothing bath or bypass do what extremely extremely makes you chuffed.

I love Only Human's answer. I agree wholeheartedly!
Take a little time for you that's just yours. Keep a journal.
Exercise (yoga and breathing) and walk with your kids.
Try to get the girls together and have a theme night (wine tasting, food tasting, card game)
Remember you're not alone so find a group to spend time with (volunteer agency, book club, etc)
Best wishes, and remember how lucky you are to have two beautiful children!

Why not try a nice bubble bath, with some candles around the tube and some classical music playing in the background?

Find you a massage therapy school near your area and let them pamper you and give you a massage for cheap. Take time out for yourself doing something you want to do for you.
