Modified, but you'd be even better off with improved cylinder or skeet choke.
If you have choke tubes, pattern your gun at the distance you'll be shooting at. Look for the best dense pattern with no open areas a clay could "fit" in without being hit.

Niether!

Anything between modified and full is ideal for TRAP - a totally different game than skeet. You'll be shooting targets anywhere between 44 and 60 or so yards (+/- this is variable), depending on your yardage, and how fast you shoot. You need a longer and denser shot string, so you choke tighter for trap.

Skeet, you'll be shooting at about 30 yards max. For this you want a skeet or improved cylinder choke - you can go light modified or modified if you really want to, but you'd be handicapping yourself. You can use a more open choke to have a wider pattern and less dense string in skeet.

Check the paperwork and/or call Winchester to find out which chokes can be used with steel shot. If you are hunting waterfowl (ducks, geese), you have to use steel and cannot use lead because it will poison the water. Some chokes are not rated for steel shot. If you use steel shot in a choke designed for lead, it can damage the choke to where you won't be able to remove it from the barrel. Replacement barrels start around $100, its worth the time to make sure you are shooting the right ammo through the right chokes. Also, ask Winchester which chokes they approve shooting slugs through. If you shoot a slug through a choke too restricting, same result, the choke can't be removed from the barrel.

Most skeet targets are not thrown terribly far, therefore a modified choke is the most effective. If you would like to challenge yourself use the full choke.

Modified choke spreads the pattern in a larger circle. You don't have to be as accurate.

That depends on how good a shot you are. I wouldn't use a choke at all. Clay traps break REALLY easy. It only takes a few pellets to do the trick.
