i learned how to make Killer waves from some answers i read on yahoo questions..
if u have a ceramic straightener, about 1-2 inches wide, plug it in! wait til it's hot.. remember to apply serum to ur hair to protect.
then get 1-2 inch wide sections of hair, straighten at the top, hold the iron facing Upwards and start twisting the iron around and around, pulling downwards until you get to the bottom. when it lets go of the hair, ur hair will have that cute Wavy/Curl that jessica simpson and vanessa hudgens always have!! just practice. good luck

Well it would really help if you could tell us what kind of hair style you have. If you have straight hair then take a dime-sized amount of mouse in your palm and lather it through your hair. Put your hair in two messy buns and leave over night. In the morning go through with a fat curling iron over parts that weren't curly/wavy enough for you. If you have curly hair, straighten it with a hair straighter and then lather a dime-sized amount of mouse through your hair and the follow exactly what I said for straight hair! If you have wavy hair just take a fat curling iron and slightly curl the parts that need fixing. I hope this helps!

Yes she has really beauiful hair... I think it's probably done with a hairdryer and loose curls with hair straighteners.. But it probably takes ages of styling and you'd need a similar length and haircut to hers too. Ask at your local salon and take a picture in..

Go to hair a hair stylist and if that doesn't work then pay alot of money to get the person who did her hair. But if you can't reach that person then you give up.

My hair is the same as hers.When I wake up it's all curlly from the bottom and wavy with layers.Put hair spray.

Try making your own style then copying hers, cause it may look good on her and not good on you ^_^
Like once I tried a Hilary Duff hairstyle, I nailed the style EXACTLY but it made my face look like a blubber butt..
