A one night stand is a sexual term really.
No one seems to have answered your question to the point.
It is when you sleep with someone [s e x] for one night only.People do it when they aren;t interested in a serious intimate relationship, and are just getting into bed with you for a sexual experience.it's a "one-night" stand, hence meaning it all lasts only one night, the partners rarely meet the next day or see eachother again, and if they do, it;s a short casual or uncomfortable meeting and it's over.
One night stands can be accidents, a good example is when...a situation where people get drunk and dont even realize what they're doing, who they;re with, and how far it may go and it just ends up happening and they regret it in the morning.or, when the partners involved are play girls or play boys, and just want a fun night of good sex, without the responsibility.Some one night stands end with people not even remembering the others name...
:) strange concept, but it happens.
And no, a one night stand doesnt mean standing for a whole night.

A one nite stand is a affair when a man and a woman make lust full love at a local motel somewhere. Then the next day the affair is over and they moved on to another love life waiting to happen.

depending on the place u choose to stand .. u might b lucky to find a place to sit too! ........haha.. one night stand is aka... 9pm u meet him in the bar.. at 1 u r at either of urs place.. n by 7 in the moring u realize.. ooops now u need a shower!...... n some one needs to clean the flooooor!! ... haha

When you have "relations" with another person that only lasts one night. OK Sex. So you shack up together, for one night and you never see them again....ever. I advise against this...
