No. I would just acknowledge their compliment by saying thank you. They are not asking if it's a wig , they are just making a comment on their level of appreciation about one of your feature.
If they ask if it is a wig, that is a different thing...then I would decide if i'd say yes or no depending on how much i know the person and decide if it is worth telling them or not. Good luck!

I wouldn't because sometime a person who usually ask they already know and if they dint didnt bother telling them because it is none of their business. Now if they ask where you get your hair done at then say its a wig

My wife wears a wig and is very sensitive about it.
Other people could care less.

Depends on the relationship. I actually would think it would be more embarrassing for the person giving the compliment.
