i am a busy mom, but i take time out every 2 weeks to prepare food, and freeze them in preportioned containers to take to work for my "homemade lean cuisine".

if you want to know the nutritional value of your recipes, you can go to sparkpeople.com. it's a free weight loss site, that offers a recipe calculator...along with alot of other stuff. i've been a member since october 5th and have lost 38 pounds!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Lean cuisine is very good, but the portions are small. Healthy choice is a little more filling, but has more calories (still low cal, but watch your snacking). I prefer healthy choice, since it usually fills me up and carries me through to the next meal.

You can try "Marie Calendars". The food is delicious and it doesn't taste or look like microwave food. It looks and taste homemade. Try it and I'm sure you'll love it.
