The type of fish we're supposed to be eating 2 or 3 times a week is the 'oily' fish, i.e. fish with brown or pink meat like trout, salmon, tuna, mackerel, pilchards, etc.

They are very low in fat, but do contain a bit higher levels of cholesterol than most salt-water fish. For most people, this is not a problem, however.

prawns contains high colestrol so should not eat more oftenly and it required cleaning nicely before using for curry or fry otherwise it will produce stomac obstruction something like bacterial infection.Onceagain it is not good for those who are hypertension. So we have to reduce consumtion of prawns by all means.
