Withdrawls are not all in your head, though the ability to stop is, depending on the problem. Try dosing down by a one-half tab per day and you may be more comfortable. Tylenol helps with the headaches. Exercise of any type may help with the sleeping part. A few days is an eternity when stopping Soma abruptly. Increasing your water intake may help clear the toxins. Good Luck to you !

Research shows that most drugs wither they be prescription or not have more mental withdrawls - not physical. The question is if the person is addicted? If they are - most of the withdrawls will be in their head. The withdrawls shouldn't feel like a cramp. It would be more of headache, light headed feelings, trouble sleeping, etc.

Soma is not a controlled substance, but you can have withdrawls as with any drug. And please note that they are not in the same class as Valium or Xanax.
