It won't hurt when you get them off because your gums are not tender anymore from all the force movements like you were used to feeling when you had your braces tightened up. Actually, when you get your braces off, your lips will feel your teeth all slimey and slippery cuz there isn't any more metal on your teeth. It's a funny feeling actually, but it puts a great big smile on your face.
Just remember to wear your retainer as long as the orthodontist tells you too, otherwise your teeth might be moving back slightly to it's original position...
Congrats on getting your braces off tomorrow. Smile big all day long because it will be a happy friday for you!!!

No your braces wont hurt coming off. Hardest part was the pain you had to endure while your teeth were moving underneath them. Its going to feel weird cause your teeth are going to be very smooth and your use to having those braces on. IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!

No it doesnt, well it didnt hurt me 7 i can be a big baby sometimes, i had mine when i was 13 for 8/9 months (now 19) I thought getting them tighted was worse lol :D hope this helps, want any more advise msg

It didn't hurt me in the least. The only thing I reccommend is bringing along chapstick because it is time consuming and your lips may get chapped.

well wen i got my off it was fine ... u just sit in the chair 4 like 1 1/2 hrs and they take them off....if u hav ever had a bracket fall it doesn't hurt ..all they do is twst thema dn ur good ..but they do hav 2 like "sand" the glue off but its fine it doesn't hurt at all ...ull hav fun!

No it's doesn't hurt.. I just didn't like the old cement being grinded off..

I took my own off im school and that was years ago all they have to do is gind down the old cement off and you will be happy

your teeth will be sore! and might be also sensitive just follow the instructions the orhodontist gave you when you just got them on. btw congrats!
