The operating system comes with a TON of new features. People will be calling thier computer company and microsoft for help on making movies in movie maker and burning them with windows DVD maker.

People will also be asking about Aero.

On top of that... there is a completely different interface compared to XP and some people are a little slow to adapt after 6 years of XP.

People unfamiliar with installations will be calling thier tech support persons as well, which can walk them through the 'upgrade' (recommended against) or the 'clean install' (which lets you roll the installation back, should a failure happen).

This operating system has a pretty steep learning curve for somebody set in their ways.
