come stay with me a few days i'll fatten ya up LOL some good ol homecookin'. meat and taters with homemade pie........ ok seriously mcdonalds seems to be getting a lot of blame for people being over weight........... oh_hell

I used to have this problem when I was in high school - wish I had the same problem now - ha ha.

What I used to do was to eat peanut butter by the jar and to make chocolate milkshakes. There are supplements you can buy to toss into the milkshakes that help to build mass and you can find a list of them at www.gnc.com -

However, I am guessing that you are somewhat young and a victim of a raging metabolism that you will wish you still had when you were nearing 40!

You can try doing the opposite of what people do to increase their metabolism. Try eating bigger ammounts of food less times a day. For example a heavy breakfast, no lunch, and a big dinner. Try eating more protein too to increase muscle mass.

I wish I had your problem. I was going to suggest to eat, eat , eat and don't exercise but that would be very unhelpful. I'd suggest that you talk to your doctor who can suggest some healthful weight gain diet regimes for you.

eat as much as u can but takecare of ure heart and make sure u r intaking healthy food.

take cucumber and dates in equal quantity cut in to pieces in a bowl and jumble them together and just have it.
helps to put on weight.
