I hear 'ya sister!
I have a sinus infection... too sick to brave the cold and go to work... not quite sick enough to sleep all day.
I am answering questions on here.
Also, you could learn a new skill: crocheting, knitting, water coloring, HTML/web page building, read a novel, watch a movie, spend extra time with pets, catch up on correspondence, etc, etc.
Good luck, feel better!

Some words of advice. Everyone gets sick with colds, but think about those that spend many days, months, even years in hospitals or at home with life threatning or chronic illnesses. I myself, was diagnosed with cancer at 25, almost two years later I am still fighting for my life. I just had a stem cell transplant in November and am now confined to my house for a year. No shopping, no eating out, no visiting friends or family. So, be thankful that all you have right now is a cold. I used to think that having a cold was awful, but now I have come to appreciate the little things in life and just being alive. Some suggestions though while you're under the weather: watch some movies, go online, write in a journal, chat on the phone, and get some much needed rest. Hope you feel better soon!!

You should rest. If you had enuff of dat, you should play online, make websites, watch tv, eat sit by your window while it's open and read a book (if it is summer) or just lay down and think which is boring. If you are an adventurous person you would need to do cook new things, discover online tricks, watch a scary movie while eating popcorn or things as such. Make the best of it and hope you feel better!

Why are you stuck inside? Are you any more apt to become "sicker" if you go outside, NO. Are you attached to the toliet because things are coming out of either your mouth or rectum? If you answered no to those questions go outside sitting in the house wont make you get better any quicker

SLEEP!
Hey, if I could get a block of time that I could spend at home, I would catch up on my sleep. Five hours a night just doesn't cut it for me and leads to headaches and falling asleep at work!
I say if you are at home anyway, sleep and restore yourself. Maybe if you rest you will feel better sooner.
