What is the best way to hang a felt pennant?

I don't want to use nails because it will leave holes. It is too thick to use thumb tacks.

your local hardware store will have some blind hangers that you can attach with fabric glue

I would use poster tac. You can buy it everywhere and it goes on a comes off easily without leaving marks.

It is usually blue in color and works like putty.
