A turkey sammy with lettuce and tomato and lite mayo with mustard!! YUMMY!!! or have a tuna sammy with little bit a lite mayo with romaine lettuce!! YES!!! Im hungry now.

You need a cerain amount of food each day. You should eat fats, oils, and sweets probally only one serving a day. Yes, this includes soda, candy, chips, ect. You should go to mypyramid.gov to make your own chart because it depends on you age, sex, height, and weight.
