I personally think some people just use it as an excuse. If you're drunk and a police officer gets in your face, you sober up real quick. So how could you not know you're having sex with someone you should'nt.

I agree with you Bubba! People just use that as an excuse, it doesn't matter how drunk you are, you know what you are doing.

Why? Are you going to try and get somebody so drunk that they will have sex with you?
Just joking.
I think that anyone that can answer no to that question either never got drunk enough or has a low tolerance and passes out before they are at that point.
I've been on both sides of this and have to say that it happens and that it is one of the best things about partying.
It puts everyone on an level playing field so to speak.

I think when someone gets drunk enough to have sex with someone that they normally wouldn't do it with it it isn't that they are too drunk not to know better it's that they are too drunk to care. But when a police officer gets in their face they do care and so sober up.

I personally think that some people can get that drunk and not remember, But a majority of the time it is a cop out, and your right someone would remember if a cop was in there face about to arrest them. But in one situation a friend did not remember geting beat up by a cop WOW!!! I would remember that...lol.
So if someone you know is using that as a excuse on why they slept with someone LIAR "big liar" but hey they tried.

I think if a person is really really that drunk,it can be possible to have sex with somebody they never think it would happen.I know a few people that gets a little crazy when they drink that way.

I don't think it is necessarily an excuse because it is true that one's inhibitions are lowered when they drink causing them to do things they may regret later on. Does this apply to everyone? No, because there are many who do use it as an excuse but I do not think that it is correct to say that it doesn't happen either.

The claim that drugs or alcohol was the cause is used often .
sometimes it is real
sometimes it isnt . so really just relax and have sex as much as you can as often as you can never turn it down it is from someone hot and wear the freaking plastic wrap.
that is how i think it should be just have a ball you know when your older like me and you think back to all the well for me girls i turned down i kick myself in the *** everytime for doing that.
i must have been nuts . go for it sleep around have sex parties all of it as long as everytime you use condoms then its fine fun and just plain great.
