ok, i started work from home, and company send me a check, next day i send the balance to them, but the worst part is my bank said i need to pay them cause the checks fake, what should i do?if police said its not their even issues.......thanks

Usually no. It's the same as if your wallet was stolen. You rarely get your money back. The best you can hope for is that they get caught.

Now if they do get caught and they have assets, you can then file a civil suit against them as long as you have irrefutable documented proof that they have stolen money from you.

you could but chances are that getting that money back will cost you more than the amount you lost.

Always make sure the merchant accepts paypal or credit cards, you can always dispute the charges that way. For free.
