You shouldn't need to lose any more waeight. For your age, height, etc. You're very healthy. If you're trying to lose body fat, that's another story. A good way is to find muscle-toning excercises. Those help to burn fat. Another great way to tone muscles and lose weight is swimming. Take it from me, a fellow swimmer. Even just a few laps in the pool really helps. Plus, it's a weightless excercise, which is really nice.

How fast are you doing it? It depends how long it takes you to lose it. Are you overweight? If you are, then it is a good thing you are taking some action. If you are normal-weighted or underweighted, then that's a problem.

Glad I could TRY to help.

No it isn't bad as long as you consume as much as you exert...you don't want to eat any less because you're running so much and you don't want to over eat because that will then throw off your metabolism.
