For most mothers it is completely safe to continue nursing while pregnant. If your doc says you can continue to have sex, then you can keep breastfeeding as well. (The contractions caused by sex and breastfeeding are very similar.)

You can continue breat feeding the baby while you're pregnant. Check with your doctor just to make sure.

you dont have to stop unless youd like to.Just take your folic acid and multivitamin each day and you should be alright......ok
