I need to know the right foods,excercises ect to do.....
I want to lose 35-40 pounds and have a toned belly...
Help Please!

I would suggest step aerobics and some weights for exercise. I know step sounds kind of silly but it will be really helpful for cheer (you can even try smiling during it to get an idea of how to look happy while engaging in serious cardio). The weight will be great for stunting and tumbling.

I hope losing that much weight only puts you into your appropriate weight range. It is no good to be too skinny, it is dangerous, unattractive and will not help your squad at all.

Cut the crap out of your diet and you will see an incredible difference. Desserts should be small and once a week. Eat on smaller plates. Opt to walk instead of riding. Ride a bike when you're pressed for time. You'll be fit for cheerleading before the summer!
