I find myself feeling nauseous quite regularly (not sure why) and was wondering if anyone had any advice which may help.

Thanks :)

Sex is a crazy subject for so many people because of all the different beliefs and religions. I think people should do what they want to do. But don't be stupid about it. For example, you are using a condom. That's good. In my opinion, it is all mental when you feel guilty after sex. We all know that sex is great, then after that, you get a guilty feeling... That is like doing anything else that is against the law, or frowned upon. Sex is a lot different for women than it is for men. Once a woman looses her virginity, that's it, with a guy its just there mentally that he has had sex. Nothing physical. However, if a girl does have sex, that doesn't mean that she shouldn't do it again because she feels guilty. It is a natural great feeling and this world has changed from only having sex to make babies to having it for pleasure, and in my opinion, that is alright as long as you are safe and not stupid with it.

People and some research articles I have read say that ginger works well for nausea. You could try making a tea or drinking ginger-ale soda. They also sell ginger tablets in the pharmacy department. Something else you could try are motion sickness pills like Dramamine; those help me. Hope you feel better soon.

Sweetie, are you pregnant? Get yourself tested before taking any OTC drugs, okay? Ginger is the absolute BEST for getting rid of nausea, and it does not harm the baby, if you are pregnant. Saltine crackers also help you get over nausea. I wish you the very best in this matter, and advise you to go get a pregnancy test, soon! Hugs!
