I think that a massive meteor strike which created earthquakes, tsunamis, fires, volcanic activities, hurricanes, tornadoes, and massive clouding of the earth's atmosphere would be the "Big One". I hope that we never find out for sure!!

The 100 megaton nuclear blast is by far the least of them. Nuclear blasts are highly destructive because all their energy is expressed in one explosive concussion, and radiation which happens to affect living organisms.

The 3-mile wide F6 tornado is the 2nd to least, and likewise does not come close to the other disasters you mention.

A class 5 hurricane, whatever its duration, would be next in line, being the equivalent of many A-bombs and tornadoes.

12.5 earthquakes, supervolcanoes, and mega-tsunamis contain incomprehensibly more energy, the exact totals of each being dependent on their duration. All of the energy ever released by human activity is as a flea to a dog in comparison.

The tsunami would destroy the entire earth. Lets hope we don't find out.
