That depends. You can lose water weight on it, yes. But you will gain it back the second you start eating/drinking regularly again.
In general, "cleansing" diets are a marketing ploy. The body cleanses itself naturally through digestion and elimination, so drinking a few herbs and not eating does nothing for your body. People who claim to feel healthier probably do because they're so used to eating junk, but as far as actual elimination of toxins, a cleansing diet is unnecessary.
