If you aren't just being an *** on here, your teacher can't keep you from going to the restroom. Legally, she has no bounds, and you could legitimately sue her.

what are you in the first grade? Tell the teacher they can come and listen if they don't believe you have to pee! Next time tell the teacher that holding it in can cause bladder infections. Or tell him/her you have an over active bladder and you can bring a note if need be.

LOL, this question makes me think of my first days in kindergarten! I got in that position and just ran out of class straight to the toilets!
(Afterwards, the nuns were angry and I was expelled from kindergarten)
So my mum had to go and find another kindergarten for me to go too. Well ... I think her choice saved my life. If any kid is put in that position, it's child abuse!

Just walk out of class and go to the bathroom.She can't make u not go if u really gotta go cause i know she don't want u to pee yo pants.so i would just get up and leave.

hahaha..of course she will mind silly. You tell her if she doesnt let you go you are telling the principal and your parents and then the next day have your parents write a note to the teacher saying if she doesnt let you go you will start going in the classroom
