Drink lots of water or if that's not doing it get a bag of hard candy U can suck on. Good luck

Drink water for sure as it helps fill you up. Also, if you must snack, snack on low fat higher protein foods. I have found that a large glass of water and a handful of almonds or walnuts works great to supress my appetite. I just started eating fat free string cheese as well, and it seems to make me feel a little more full than the almonds and walnuts.

figure out why you are getting the munchies - is it boredom? are you missing something essential in your diet? are you thirsty? are you getting in enough calories during the day?

Eat alot of fruit. With fruit being mostly water food it fills you up fast and doesnt take that many calories.

drink water if you are feeling hungry, 80% of the time your body is trying to tell you that you're dehydrated rather than hungry. buy the 100 calorie packs, they come in a ton of varieties, they are life savors for me =)
