the driver is 15, does not have a license.. and 3 people were in the backseat--we were drunk. Of course we got caught, we fled the scene STUPIDLY because we thot we mite not get caught...i was the only person who came back 2 tha scene and they were glad of that. but i also was the first person to get a breathalizer, i live in kansas..so rules here may be different than rules in other states, i blew a .117, so obviously im going to probably be on diversion and get an MIC.. the other people wil most likely be charged with fleeing tha scene, tha police told me it was really good and "brave" i came back to the scene and it will look better on my record. Do you think I will be charged with anything else other than diversion for 6 months and an MIC (the MIC will be taken off my record w tha help of diversion...) **Many of my friends have had this same incident, just not gettin in a wreck..jus the MIC and blowing MUCH more than me and have just been put on diversion for 6 months...** Answers?

I would say that the fact you came back will look better on the report. I would not be too concerned. Had you been the driver, you would be in a world of hurt though. I will give you some credit for coming back and for choosing someone besides the three drunks in the back to drive the car (even if he/she did not have a license).

Look for an attorney and maybe some probation. I doubt "brave" is going to show up on your record.
