Easiest recipe is 1 lb of sausage, cooked, melt 1 brick of velveta and add sausage and about a half cup of milk. Then add 1/2 jar salsa and mix together.
You can add sour cream, black olives, guacamole on top after you put cheese on chips. Its great.

Pile microwaveable plate with tortilla chips, heated refried beans (canned is easiest), shredded cheese, and heat in the microwave until the cheese is melted. Top with jalapenos or pico de gallo, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes. You can also top it with cooked ground beef or turkey before heating.
