A cleansing diet is a diet that insist that you are doing whatever it is to clean out your insides especially your colon and kidneys. The best and the only true cleansing diet is to get rid of these fructoses and other high in starch sugars and drink as much water as possible.

what is a cleansing diet? it's a short-term way of eating; the intake of certain foods and/or fluids in order to flush toxins from the body.
i'm sorry you are at the point of being frustrated with your body. the best thing to do is take it slowly - it's the best way to keep the weight off. drink plenty of water, cut down on the processed foods and keep it simple - remember fresh is best. think fresh veggies and fruit and simple lean meats.

Drink lots of water and cut out as much sugar as you can, because sugar turns to fat. Exercise with cardio and toning 3-5 times a week, exercising increases endorphins which help you loose weight, and burn calories and fat at the same time.
