i am going to be racing a motorcycle on the salt flatts. i need to drop inches so that i can fit more comfortably in the drivers' compartment. i dont need to lose weight though, because the weight is essential for traction. does anyone have any diet/workout regimens that would help? thank you

You can drop inches by gaining muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat so you shouldn't have any problems there.

Start doing basic training- rowing machines target abs, back and arms, a treadmill will target butt and legs, etc.
Swimming is EXCELLENT

The Cinch Inch Loss Plan sounds perfect for you. It's powered by leucine (amino acid) and you keep the muscle you have, burn fat you don't need and lose inches you don't want. On most diets, you lose muscle as well as fat. When you lose muscle you lose some of your body's ability to furn fat and your metabolism drops. The scientists that developed this plan figured out a plan that literally targets the areas of your body where you need to lose fat.

I've been on the plan for two weeks and lost 4 inches off my waistline and 1 1/2 inches off my hips. I know I also lost inches from my thighs due to the way my pants fit.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions or if you're interested in the website.

I agree with prior posts! Use strength training to help, because muscles take up less space, but weighs more, it will help with what you are trying to accomplish! They don't need to be heavy weights if you do more repetitions-best of luck!
