dont eat no junk food and drink water and exercise a bit and you should lose the weight you need to...

I'm glad someone here has a brain! 3-5lbs in 8 days is a good weight to loose(a little bit too much but still you can do it)
just start cutting a bit from each meal, not fats food or junk food~ and try to get excersice at least for 4 out of these 8 days.

It's a lot but can be done. Eat very little. Even go to an ensure diet. Or skip meals and drink a lot of water to give you the full feeling. Once your stomach shrinks it will not take much to fill U up. I strongly suggest just drinking ensure for a week. I'm sure that will do it.

Juice fasting. As long as you a normal healthy adult under 55, this is a healthy way to lose weight. You can do it up to 4 or 5 days.

Also, do Pilates, it's great.

Also, going to a sauna can help you loose a little, also.

Try the South Beach Diet. Your Belly will go down immediately and you will see a change on the scale the first day.

you can get most of the guidelines online.

2 weeks no sugar, carbs, fruit etc.

Typical meals
eggs for breakfast,w/ V8 to drink
salad for lunch
lean meat w/veggies for dinner

snack on nuts, cheese, natural peanut butter
sugar free hard candies , sugar free fudgsicles, sugar free cool whip.

Cut out all carbs and drink lots of water. It is possible but not very healthy. In the first week you can lose 7 lbs but the biggest portion of it will be water weight.

Eat really healthy and go to a sauna every day. You will just sweat the fat out and it doesn't take much exersise although I do recommend at least going on a brisk walk for at least a half hour every day. But yeah, it you just go to the sauna and don't eat healthy then your aren't going to get the results you want.

Don't eat any sugar and you could lose up to 8 pounds in a week. Cut out all bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit, milk, yogurt, cola, sweets, candy, popcorn, starchy vegetables, juice, raisins-- anything with added or natural sugars.

u can , go on a 7 days fruit diet no sugar & drink lots of water & exercise in the morning .
1st day - vegetables
2nd day - fruits
3rd day - vegetables & fruits
4th day - 3 glasses milk & 8 bananas
5th day - 3 bowl red beans ( boiled)
6th day - fruits
7th day - vegetables
you can have clear cabbage soup everyday

or
go for a 7day cabbage diet

3-5 pounds wont make you look any skinnier. You should be happy with the way you look.
