at night is worse if not got anything on i have tryed different tempertures and covers but still the same, can someone please help as it is not nice for me or anyone i share bed with as can sometimes soak bed and in the day it is embarresing. most the time it is a cold sweat which makes me even colder coz of being wet!

1) Reduce your sodium intake (do you drink a lot of soda?)

2) Get a "Thai Stone" you rub it on like an antiperspirant They work amazingly well to reduce your sweating.

Im sorry but i dont know what your problem is, however i would recommend talking to a qualified doctor and/or nutritionist.

I have seen on tv people that have botox injected into sweat glands to reduce excessive sweating, although that would only really work if you sweated from isolated areas, ie armpits etc.

I know lots of people who have had an excessive sweating problem, but it wasn't all over. Try some Certain Dry (or however you spell it.) for your underarms and talk to your doctor about the rest...

Get professional help, dont just go cold Turkey, the body needs time to adjust to the lack of sulphate, caustic soda, andrews liver salts or what ever you have been shooting up believeing it to be heroin.

Answer the following questions,

Do you take illegal drugs?
Do you take too much alcohol?
Are you stressed?

If you answer YES to any of the above see your Dr for professional advice. Dr may advise a blood test for hormone imbalance, urea, electrolites etc.,

my boyfriend is the same, you can go to your doctors and get re-fared to the hospital to get sweat glands taken out of your underarms,i think under your arms controls all of your body that's why they do it there.
