My advice would be to invest in a color wheel...I know, I know; sounds like an art project gone wrong, right?? Well, a color wheel will actually be able to help a TON!! Your friend cna pick one color she likes and go from there...picking 2, 3, 4 or even 5 colors that go really well together. This can be done with minimal effort and can be a lot of fun.

A friend of mine was married in March and used spring, pastel colors. Her main colors were light pink and mint green. It was really pretty. Her bridesmaids wore pink and they had pink roses with pretty greenery for their bouquets. They used those little melt-away dinner mints as a candy favor because the colors matched.

Spring weddings usually have pastels. However double colors are completely gorgeous. I mean like a Dark purple and a light purple, Dark pink and light pink. She can do it with any colors and it turns out beautiful.

You could do Chocolate brown and a pale pink, that is always beautiful! You could also do a really pretty blue with chocolate brown (like the color of the Tiffany's boxes). You can do so much with brown, and it is beautiful and classic!

Pastels are a good choice for spring, it's just a matter of her making a choice.
