ranch 1 recipe?

does anyone know of a recipe for Ranch 1's roasted red pepper sauce? i need to be able to make it because the nearest one is 1 1/2 hours away and i am craving it. i was thinking red peppers, oil, and vinegar all emulsified with a little sugar maybe.it is pretty thick though.

Ingredients
1 cup
Chopped onion

1/4 cup
Olive oil

1 cup
Roasted red peppers, rinsed

3/4 cup
Sour cream

1 packet/1 oz.
Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix

2 (approximately 1 pound each)
Cooked pork tenderloins

Preparation
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 10 min.
Bake Time: 40 min.

Sauté onion in olive oil until soft and lightly browned. Stir in roasted red peppers and heat through. Remove skillet from heat; stir in sour cream and seasoning & salad dressing mix. Transfer warm mixture to food processor and puree until smooth. Serve warm over sliced pork tenderloin.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.

Serving Suggestion: Also good served over other meats, such as steak and chicken. Sauce may also be used as a cold sandwich spread.
