There is a new machine were they put you in water and mesure your bodyfat you can always try that if a doctors office has it yet.... Other than that you can still go to the doctor and tell him you want to get your bodyfat measured!! He will know what you mean...Or you can buy a city called health and Nutrition, you just record what foods you eat for 1 week and it is really accurate!!

If you are in the UK, go into any large Boots store and they have super duper weighing machines that work it out for you and talk to you as well. It costs around 75p to have weight, height and body fat measured;

Forget the BMI it's 50 years out of date.

go to the tesco diet website but don't sign up for information, i did that and it just never stopped coming. good luck
