Once I've snapped pictures and/or short clips, how do I transfer to PC? Also, how do I email pictures?

You should have some software that came with your camera. Once that software is installed on your computer, you can transfer the pictures to the PC. You camera also should have come with a cord (most likely with a USB end). It's that cord that connects with the computer and the camera that enables you to transfer pictures.

As for emailing pictures: After composing an email, you should see an option for attachments. You'll want to click on the attachments option and then on Browse. If you're storing pictures in the My Pictures section of Windows, then that's where you click. Select the pictures you want to send, attach them to the email and hit send.

plug the camera into the pc and it should offer to upload pictures as files automatically. Some cameras need special software for the pc which should have come with the camera. If so, put the cd in the pc.

To email pictures attach them to the email using the paperclip icon in outlook express

You should be able to adjust the red eye on your pc with software like adobe pohotoshop. You should have been given an option to delete or keep your photos, but what you could you if your pc can read memory cards is to just copy and paste the photos onto your pc and that way you will have pictures on the pc and the memory card.
