I'd just like to point out that fish is a liar. I don't care if I get reported for it.
There is absolutely NO historical records, outside of the damn Bible, for a man named Moses.
None.
Zero.
He claims that "all the historical records show" it, but conveniently refuses to back it up.
But to my answer to this question, no one can say that they KNOW god exists... they simply believe.
If they know, then they can prove.

Religion is not of whether you can prove or disprove existence, through proof of seeing! Many have said they have seen god, from the books of the bible to people in everyday life. Even someone in the clergy well tell you that god can not be proven, more that it is a belief in faith. Even when some one says they have seen god how do we really know if the person saw what they think they saw, was it a chemical imbalance in the brain, are they just out rite lying, was it some thing from another plane of existence. No one will ever know really know. Quantum physicists, Religious clergy, scientists, and philosophers will always try to explain come up with reasons to explain the world around you but it ultimately comes down to what you think. But bear this in mind how many of the world's truths from 2000 years ago are still correct, so if i were a betting man i would say that there is no god, heaven, or hell. The principle of a higher power was created by about every society known to exist by man for one reason and that was to explain what could not be explained, it is just our nature.

Hey, yeah! And while we're on the subject, has anyone ever seen a blue raspberry? An actual BLUE one? I mean, I have tasted "blue raspberry" flavored candies, and I can hold them in my hand, but somehow that mysterious azure berry has eluded even the most dedicated Willy Wonka fan.
But they MUST exist somewhere, right? I mean, Willy wouldn't just make this stuff up, would he? I'm starting to have my doubts...

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,and the Word was God.The same was in the beginning with God.All things were made by God and without him was not any thing made.(ST.JOHN 1:1-3). Someday all will believe and know that he does exist, when we stand before him.Even the devil himself.

Have you ever seen pain? It exsists. Hebrews 11:1 Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.
My faith in God is hope, and that is the evidence that he exsists. The witness that he exsists is his son Jesus. I believe, rely on, trust in, adhere to, the scriptures that Jesus is and that all scripture is true. I also believe the biographies I have read of other people like say George Washington and the like.

Well, it's like many things we cannot see.
We cannot see Julius Caesar for instance, or Jesus Christ or any historical personage. They have all passed away. Their bodies are no longer accessible. No one is alive who remembers them. What we do have is the result of their lives.
If we take Jesus Christ in particular, we can see that He gave a spiritual impetus to thousands of people whose lives were changed. Throughout the Roman empire, Christians were persecuted for their beliefs, but remained steadfast. They practiced charity and good-will to all men. They loved their neighbours and willingly submitted to torture and death rather than give up their lives. This is a proof of the existence of Jesus Christ.
Similarly, we know of the existence of God because of the result of that existence. Creation does not come from nothing. Even if everything that exists now existed in another form for billions of years, even if there was a Big Bang that originated everything that we know today, still there must be a cause. Creation does not come from nowhere.
Furthermore, the existence of heat implies the existence of cold, existence of light implies the existence of darkness. The existence of contingency, of imperfection of creation, implies the existence of a non-contingent, perfect, Creator. It is as simple as that. This is a firm foundation and proof for the existence of God. God is a non-contingent being, a Being beyond time and space, Who originated all that is. We do not need to see Him to know He is there.
Another proof of His existence is His continued interraction with humanity. We have evidence of many great Teachers throughout history who guided, educated, reformed and enlightened mankind. They came to different cultures, peoples and nations, adapting their message to the requirements of the age and time in which they lived. But their message was fundamentally the same. They gave laws and principles of an external nature, dealing with the circumstances of the time, like the Law of Moses. These elements change in every religion. But the fundamental core of the religion, the eternal values and virtues stays the same. These teachers include Krishna, Abraham, Moses, Zoroaster, Buddha, Jesus Christ, Muhammad, the Bab and Baha'u'llah. Everyone of them revealed the Message of God and renewed the foundations of religion.
God is like the sun, unattainble, inaccessible, beyond human comprehension. Therefore, God gives a perfect Mirror of Himself in which the light of the sun can be fully reflected. These Mirrors of God manifest Him. They are Manifestations of God. They progressively reveal the teachings of God to mankind. Nevertheless, as they are all mirrors reflecting the same sun and lamps shining with the same Light, they are all one and the same. They are all the return of all the previous. They are all the "Way, the truth and the light", they are all the one path to God, they are all the Logos (Word) made flesh. They are all the eternal Christ, which appears in every age. Baha'u'llah (1817-1892) is the Manifestation of God for this day and age and Promised One of all religions. He is the Return of Christ in the Glory of the Father. Investigate this for yourself, as Jesus has promised "Ye shall know them by their fruits". This is how you shall know the truth of Baha'u'llah.

By taking a long and thoughtful look at what God has created, people have always been able to see what their eyes as such can't see: eternal power, for instance, and the mystery of his divine being. So nobody has a good excuse.

That's a valid hypothetical question. Fortunately for us, it is irrelevant since we have record of many who HAVE seen God. Additionally, we can observe the preponderance of evidence in our own lives to make the determination on whether or not to believe that testimony.
