What did I do to my Excel? My arrow keys are not working right?!?

I'm working in Excel and I must have hit something because now instead of my arrow keys moving the highlighted cell around it scrolls the entire spreadsheet. How can I fix this?

Restarting Excel was the first thing I did. It's happening on all of my files. :(

Restart excel

Just restart Excel . should work
