That is entirely up to which church/faith you are. A lot say after the Epiphany which falls on January 6th this year.

the tree is not really a religious thing . its a custom sure but there is not any kind of rule regarding the christmas tree even if you didnt have one thats fine the tree is about as important an issue with the church as what colour underware you have on.

most ppl take down decor after New Year's, but I agree with the person above me, after Epiphany. It depends on the faith /religion,I personally take mine down, the day after,tree and all.
