I would like to strengthen my chest muscles, to make my breasts firmer. Any ideas?

Weights:
Bench Press - Flat (Whole Chest area), Sitting slightly Up (Works Upper Cleavage), Sitting slightly declined (lifts from bottom). Do 4 Set's of 8 Rep's for the heaviest you can do. Strech between Set's by grasping arms behind your back.

Push-up's: Standing (Step back 1-2 feet from wall, and push-up) - Girly Push-up's (On Knee's) Full Push-up's.

Plank Position - Like a Full Push-up but you just hover usuing all muscels & chest. (Yoga move I think)

Yoga works & streches out chest too.
