No. Just wait for the suspension letter and not drive for 3 months then reinstate.

Yes, stop driving until the suspension is over, and then be sure he has insurance for the next time.

State of Nevada? Good luck, they will cancel your license plates, charge you $1000 fine, and you will have to pay registration again.

Guess you should have had insurance on it.
