Can anybody recommend a good exercise dvd, I'm especially interested in ones that involve dancing. Thankyou

I would recommend you try amazon.co.uk. They've got a DVD rental scheme which you can try free for a fortnight, then you pay according to how many DVDs you rent per month. I have a load of exercise videos at home but don't use them anymore. The problem is that once you do it a few times, you get bored cos you've kinda mastered it! So this is a great way of getting & keeping fit, keeping you motivated and injecting variety into your workout! GOOD LUCK!

I got the DVD listed below to use up some excess on a gift card. It is available at Amazon.com. I was pleasantly surprised!! For the price it is excellent. There are four different hip hop dances on the DVD. You can make it a really hard workout if you go through a dance a couple of times or go through all 4. Each dance is 10 minutes so you can get a workout in even if you don't have a lot of time. Also, once you learn the dances you could do them to your own music on an ipod and watch a sporting event or something that doesn't require sound at the same time.

Check Coles or Indigo for the Art of Bellydancing...comes with little hand cymbals and everything, as well as an instruction book...more fun and upbeat though is the Yoga Booty Ballet series...you can google it to find the site

my mom has this one called zumba.... but its mostly spanish dances like salsa and merengue and stuff like that its fun .......
