dont smoke weed too much or it can make you gain wieght from munchies. Moderation in all things is the key. IF you get the munchies from the herbal miracle cure, then eat stuff like high fiber cereals, & fruits.

Don't try to jump in all at once, you'll get overwhelmed and quit. Start by eliminating one thing at a time from your diet, and add one good thing. For example, stop eating potato chips and start eating apples when you get the munchies. Then work on the meals, choose one meal, like breakfast, and try to eat a good breakfast every day. I like bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, and orange juice. Or find a cereal you like that is not all sugar. Even when you go back to eating junk, all is not lost, just start again, don't give up. Changing your habits is not something you can do overnight, it will take time.

Hi there! Actually its more efficiant to eat 6 small meals a day(Almost like the munchies!). Its good to plan your food and try to write everything down that you put in your mouth. Lets say you want to eat potato chips right? Try buying the Lay's Light chips. I love them. They taste EXACTLY like the regular but only 70 calories per serving. Its good to do mental preperation and good to motivate yourself. I also suggest weight watchers quite often. You can still eat all the foods you love but in the correct portion!
Good luck and I know you can do it!

The most important thing is to accept ownership that you have been irresponsible of eating horribly.

Then, you must take ownership to the notion that you will never eat horribly again and impose strict rules to yourself when you break that rule.

If you circumvent it, you'll forever be eating WRONG.
