try itues pod cast some of the radio station send pod cast of their programs to that

You'll need a program that records whatever goes through your soundcard, I use "Cakewalk" for this, I take it you are talking about streaming audio, if you can download the file then just upload it on to your ipod as you would with any other audio.

or you can do it the old fashioned way and get a dual headed audio cord and plug one side into your headphone port and one into your microphone port into your computer and have a program like goldwave record what is coming in through the microphone
