Fun but also effective for weight loss. I'm thinking about buying a mini trampoline but am worried I will get bored with it.

I love propping up bars, not very good for weight loss though. I do enjoy badminton but I always get beat.

Well Amy I tell you that the most fun I have exercising is at the gym. I am able to get a great workout and still interact with new people. Generally have some laughs and meet some new friends.

Dancing!!! It's FREE and you can just do it in your own house so don't worry about people looking at you lol. Also horse riding, snow boarding and swimming maybe but that can get a bit tedious unless there's big fun floats out hehe!

I've got my own pool and I swim 50 lengths every morning! If I put on any weight I just add on a few more lengths....that and the Atkins diet for a couple of weeks....try swimming it's fun and it keeps you trim!

I love inline skating! It's outdoor, you go faster than runners, and it's a great cardio workout.
I've tried pretty much every sport, but finally fell in love with skating. I did my first inline marathon this year, and training 3 times a week was a pleasure, not a chore!

Dancing. I joined a dance class a couple of years ago, modern jive, so dancing with partners. I met loads of people, had a great time, made lots of new friends, and lost over a stone and got really toned legs, and all whilst wearing lots of sequins and high heels, hurrah!

you could go to the gym or you could go swimming
thats good 4 ur health
stepper i have 1 it is really good
just 15 minutes a day they are only about 20 - 50 pounds

Swimming is the most fun to me, you are exercising and can't even tell really.
