and need a 2 dental implants on my front teeth, its going to cost a bomb though :(
so just wondering should i punched or nutted again in the mouth (which i'm aiming to avoid i might add) but if somebody does chin me again will the implants come out?, ive heard implants are stronger than normal teeth, soooo anylisis people.
1) me = weaker
2) implants make me stronger I.e. ivan drago from rocky4, I CANNOT BE DEFEATED?

They are stronger but because of that you could have probs if you get a bunch of fives again. The metal posts go into the jaw bone and a good hard punch on them will explode your lip and possibly bend the metal posts breaking your jaw in the process. Either stay gummy or avoid fights!!!!;

Well, implants have a metal post, so it can go either way. They will be stronger, however, if they DO break, it will be breaking your JAW, not just the "teeth."

If you're planning another fight, just leave the implants til afterwards. OR try & lead a more peaceful life, with no fighting.

try getting bridges done instead...if you have lost the teeth all together then you should be able to have two Maryland bridges doen using the teeth on either side of the gaps...its a lot cheaper
