......Does anyone know what is the optimal amount of L-Glutamine for mass? Thanks

Typically 5 grams right after your workout. It really isn't as much for "mass" as whey protein is. Glutamine does protect your muscle mass though, this is important during your fat cutting stage. It is also helpful for your digestion.
