cink in neck?

sorry if i spelt cink wrong, im not sure how its spelt but i have one,
and i want to know the best way to get rid of it.

I broke my neck so I know what U R goin thru. Bio Freeze is great or any of the heat rubs. A damp towel microwaved is good. U can also get those in health supply stores it's a u shaped thing filled with herbs that U microwave, they R great. If U slowly do so simple exercises, move your head L to R & up & down as far as U can with pain, this will help work it out. I hope this helps. If you want to contact me feel free to do so.
