human hair growns on the average 1/2 inch per month... so no way... but you could use hair extensions....

It wont get that long even after 5 months. I cut my hair really short and it took 1-2 years to get it back down to the middle to lower part of my back (which would probably be around 23 inches) I would say that you have at least a year to grow 23 inches of hair most likely 1.5-2 years

Sorry but this is completely impossible! Hair on average only grows 1/2 an inch per month and thats fact! Extensions is your best bet! Sorry Im a licensed cosmetologist and that is your only option if you want to gain that kind of length in such a short time!

You will have to get a wig . . . or extensions. Unless you have some sort of disorder, your hair is not going to grow that fast. Usually, hair only grows half of an inch a month.
