I'm using Quark 7.02 on a Mac I've tried printing my document and no luck; I've tried saving it as a PDF and still no luck. The document is only 15 pages with one one grayscale image. I am using a drop shadow created by Quark with the picture.

Any ideas as to why my document will not print?

Make sure you have the correct printer selected in your chooser and in all the little pull-down menus. Check your print queue as well. Also make sure this matches with the printer description you see in the Quark print menu.

Are you getting any error messages? Sometimes a font will be corrupt or something else weird and cause the document to not print.

Did you collect for output and save before trying to print?

Your grayscale image should also be in tiff format.

Good luck!
