I'm giving my daughter a luncheon at a French restaurant. Any ideas for something written in French at the top or cover of the menu would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I would not translate it exactly as it is rather stiff and formal rather than welcoming. We did something similar for our eldest daughter and wrote:
BIENVENUE AUX RAVISSANTES DEMOISELLES D'HONNEUR!
(Welcome to the charming bridesmaids!)
They were thrilled!

Dejeuner des Filles d'Honneur
( i am assuming you mean that the bridesmaids are throwing this lunch party for the bride)
But usually we say :
Dejeuner a l'honneur de la Future Mariee XXX(her name)
(which means lunch in the honnor of the future bride XXX)

bride's maid luncheon = Déjeuner de la bonne de la mariée
or something else -

"Déjeuner des demoiselles d’honneur".
Or you could write : "Hommage aux demoiselles d’honneur" if it is, in fact, in their honour.
